Joe Whitcomb founded Whitcomb Law, PC, in the heart of downtown Denver, CO in April 2012, in order to serve clients with their interactions with Federal, State, and Local government. The firm started by helping Social Security disability applicants and their families get the benefits they needed by representing them at the hearing, Appeals Council, and federal district courts. We then began serving veterans in their appeals with the Board of Veteran's Appeals and US Court of Appeals for Veteran's Claims. Joe Whitcomb is one of a very small number of Colorado attorneys performing significant federal appellate work for both Social Security applicants and Veterans. With three offices covering Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado as well as Atlanta, Georgia, we are working to broaden our reach in order to help as many people as possible. Please give us a call at any of the numbers in our contact us tab and we will be glad to get started on your case.

Besides helping clients with their disability and veterans benefits claims, the attorneys at Whitcomb Law, PC are eager to help small to medium sized business owners in their day-to-day legal needs. Whether that involves reviewing a legal contract or a lease, advising on a sticky employment law matter, or defending a business in a compliance matter, Whitcomb Law, PC can help. We are fully capable of engaging in complex litigation or assisting in alternative dispute resolution. Call us today and let us get to work for you!
