Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
While serving I was placed in charge of multiple shops in My career to include repair and safety divisions. During those times I was leading 36 individual subordinates as well as multiple peers. Doing so allowed me to learn how to better prepare for life outside of the service and be a strong and motivated leader. I was also able to determine the typ of leader I wanted to be and the type of leader I did not want to be. Time management and personnel management allowed me to grow to be successful.
