As an entrepreneur, I build strong relationships with customers, employees, vendors, and business partners by communicating clearly and fostering trust. Finally, military service developed resilience and adaptability. Plans often change, and success requires the ability to adjust while staying focused on the mission. Entrepreneurship requires the same flexibility, persistence, and determination to overcome obstacles and continue moving forward. The values of integrity, service, discipline, and commitment that I learned in the Army continue to guide me as a business owner.
